Three stages in series: a wavefolder, a pitch stage that occasionally slips, and a low-pass gate driven by your playing. FOLD and DRIVE reflect the waveform back across itself, which adds bright new harmonics. SLIP sets how often the pitch lock breaks; when it does, the signal lurches off pitch with a click and springs back, and WARP sets how far it goes.

The gate has no open knob of its own. Incoming hits strike it open, and DAMP sets how long each one rings. It suits percussive and plucked material.

It runs the same DSP as the module in Tangle; nothing is cut down for the standalone version. One licence covers both: this plugin, and the same module unlocked inside the rack.

Meter Mate ships with the full CV/logic modulation section every Tangle standalone carries. Pick a modulator, drag a patch cable onto any knob, and that control moves on its own, no DAW automation required.

A rolling capture strip runs beneath the panel, always recording the plugin's output. No transport, nothing to arm. Played something great while you were just tweaking? Click-drag across the history waveform to select it, then drag the slice straight into your DAW timeline.
