We work on AEST/AEDT, and we aim to reply within two business days. If it’s been longer, check your spam folder and send it again — it went astray, it wasn’t ignored. Licences, downloads, receipts, refunds and plugin bugs are ours; your DAW, your interface and your OS aren’t, though we’ll point you somewhere useful where we can. More on that here.

Your profile, licences and the machines they’re on, orders and purchases, checkout attempts, trials, downloads, consent history, the marketing email we’ve sent you and your shared presets — as one JSON file you can keep or take elsewhere.

Anonymous analytics and crash reports aren’t in it (they carry no account or email, so we can’t pick out yours), and anything bought as a guest is found by email address, so confirm your address first if you bought before making this account. The file lists anything it held back and says why.

Deleting your account removes your sign-in, your profile and your purchase list, and unsubscribes you from all email. Your licence serials keep working in the plugins, but they’ll no longer be attached to an account for re-download.

Patches you’ve shared stay published. A shared patch is a public listing carrying the patch code and the display name you shared it under — never your email — and deleting the account does not take it down. If you want yours removed, email [email protected] before you delete: afterwards the only handles left are that display name and the patch itself. The export below lists every patch you’ve shared, so take a copy first.

We keep the order records behind your purchases — date, amount, product, country and the serial issued — because Australian tax law requires business records to be held for five years, and because they are the only proof a refund is owed. They’re no longer readable from this page once the account is gone, which is why the export below exists.
